Product Description

This Seehund U-5075 was modeled after the museum boat "075" located at the USS Salem museum in Quincey, MA. This model is 1/22 scale and features lots of scale details. full hull welds, fasteners and other subtle detailing make for a beautiful model of the German midget submarine.

Not only is it a beautiful model to look at, rivaling the best of static display models, it is an excellent performer as well. It is highly manueverable and the underwater turn radius is extremely tight, great for pool or pond operations. maintenance is easy, with the pull out rear hull. You can get inside at the mechanics in seconds without disconnection anything.

Beam: 2.4" (hull, not including torpedo fenders)

Battery: 4-5 cell Nimh, 2500mah

Receiver Micro 4 channel, full range Berg or Corona

Motor: 24mm 300 class, direct drive

Materials: Fiber reinforced cast hull, cast conning tower, resin detail parts, Bronze plated metal propeller. Misc metal, wood and plastic parts.

Channel 4: Ballast pump (full proportional piston with pump)

Items needed to complete kit:

Electronics package, 4 channel plus MHZ band radio, Crystal the channel your transmitter is on. Battery charger for Nimh battery pack. Tools, glue paint etc.

Notes: A good starter sub, small enough for small pools, relatively easy assembly. Torpedo's are an optional accessory, NOT included
